J's Chimes: Animation Mix...

Was thinking of what would actually happen when Japanese animation artwork were to mix with the Chinese style artwork... After searching around for a bit, I guess my findings are a bit weird.
Having a weird mixture of this looks kinda strange because normally you'd hang such pictures of it in Chinese New Year but this time it has a mixture of Japanese artwork as well...


Yup... Normally it'd look something like this with the local flavour. Well I guess that there are influences here and there for example incorporation of even Mickey Mouse into Chinese New Year Materials and such... Perhaps we should use that picture for the coming New Year....

J's Chimes: Topic On Cosplay

A television programme titled 'New Kids On The Block' that was shown on Channel U in Singapore just this Wednesday talks about Cosplays and Events that are increasingly becoming popular in our local youth trend. Due to the fact that it is in mandarin, J's Chimes took the liberty to translate it into English and am currently still subtitling it even as we speak. Hopefully we'll get this done next week so that fans would get to watch it and understand a little bit more about Cosplay
