With the new anime Highschool of the Dead airing this season, it's time to look back into the manga which started it all. It's been 3 months or so ever since the last chapter was released by scanlation fans and the latest series that's been uploaded shows a grueling end to the police officer known as Asami. It seems that Kohta had really shot her as she was surrounded by the horde. Was actually thinking that he would help by clearing the zombies away for her to escape but instead the authors had thus decided to kill off this character to continue on with the original surviving members.
